The hotel was a nice place for enjoying a downtown area, near Michigan and downtown and casino. I loved the room for the value. Everything seemed great, clean. The property was located in the middle of the city. After long day I visited Andrews on The Corner for a couple of drinks.

It's well-kept and exceptionally comfortable place to stay 2 km away from The Guardian Building. The staff is well-mannered and respectful. The breakfast is free with plenty of dishes. Thank you for a very pleasant stay...

Friendly staff! Amenities include free shuttle & continental breakfast in lobby. Diner restaurant next door with good cheap food. Super comfortable bed! Very reasonably priced.
There can be a fair amount of noise from the hallways - wasn't enough to keep me awake though. The place is a bit rundown, but I'm not fussy.

Really good Experience with Wonderful Hospitality!
I stayed for two nights in a non-smoking King Room and was blown away by the friendliness of the staff. The complimentary breakfast featured fresh pastries and hot coffee, perfect after a long day exploring. Pro tip, Don't miss out on the shuttle service for convenient transportation!

clean rooms, affordable rates, proximity to Little Caesars Arena
The location needs serious improvement, it felt neglected with nearby abandoned buildings!!! The parking lot could use resizing for larger vehicles. Sound insulation between rooms is lacking!!!

Staff is friendly, clean venue, cozy and quite large room. Big soft beds.
Breakfast is not good, just like everywhere else we've stayed in America.

Staff was really friendy. The service was fast. The room had an odd smell, but was very clean. Great place to stay for someone who wants a quick overnighter...nothing fancy and worth the price.
The walls were very thin, so you could hear people talking and running in the hallways.

The staff were friendly, front desk, housekeepers, shuttle driver, etc. The free shuttle around town was a bonus. We liked the close proximity to Greek Town and Ford Field for our concert. Parking lot security was good. Overall, a very pleasant experience. We will return!
Our room only had a glass block window so we couldn't see outside, but not all the rooms were like this. Read the fine print, taxes add up to about 10% more than the quoted price.

The price of the room was good and the hotel was located close to Ford Field.
Would have appreciated healthier choices for the continental breakfast (E.G., non-sweetened cereal, 100% whole wheat bread, fresh fruit, eggs).

Perfect for concertgoers
We came for the P!nk concert and I was surprised the shuttle actually ran during the week, that was huge. Our driver Ken was top-tier, made the ride so smooth-no stress with parking or Ubers!
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for the experience, I'd say it was acceptable.

The free shuttle was a plus. You could call up until midnight and the driver would come pick you up. And he was very friendly!
Not clean at all. Hair in the shower, dirty and smelly.
